Rachel Enoch, PhD, CPT, CNC, BCS

Hi, I’m Rachel. I created Enoch Training & Fitness because I believe every woman deserves a space where she feels strong, seen, and supported.

With a doctorate in rehabilitation, certifications in personal training (NASM-CPT), nutrition coaching (CNC), behavior change specialist (BCS), and years of experience in behavior change science, I bring more than workouts to the table—I bring strategy, compassion, and a deep understanding of what helps women thrive.

I know what it’s like to feel pulled in all directions, to take care of everyone else first, to struggle to prioritize your own wellbeing. That’s why I’ve built something different.

This studio is not about punishment or perfection. It’s about building strength that carries you through life—mentally, emotionally, and physically. Here, we train for confidence, energy, resilience, and long-term wellness. Every session is customized, and every client is treated like the unique, powerful human she is.

Whether you’re just getting started, returning to training after years away, or simply looking for something different, you’re welcome here.

Lizzy Dekrell, CPT

Certified Personal Trainer

Hi, I’m Lizzy. I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and capable in their own bodies, both inside and outside the gym. I believe training should be something that builds you up mentally, physically, and emotionally.

I started my fitness journey over 6 years ago and I’ve developed a deep appreciation for what strength training can do for your body. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach, I bring both knowledge and real-life experience into every session.

My approach to training is rooted in structure and mindset. My coaching style is encouraging, authentic, and supportive. You’ll be guided through structured sessions that help you feel confident, capable, and in control of your progress

I have a special passion for working with young athletes, but I also love supporting women at every stage of life. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to grow stronger, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you build from there.

At Enoch Training & Fitness, we create a space where you feel supported, capable, and challenged to step into a stronger, more confident version of yourself.

Rachael Washington, MA, CMPC, CPT

Hi, I’m Rachael, the extra “a” is silent 😊

I’m excited to support and work alongside the women of Columbia here at Enoch Training & Fitness. My approach to training is grounded in one belief: change is inevitable. The question is not if it will happen, but how we choose to meet it. My role is to help you adapt in a way that builds confidence and keeps you aligned with who you are right now, while continuing to grow into who you are becoming.

With a Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology, certification as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), and ongoing doctoral training in Counseling Psychology, I approach training through an integrated lens, keeping the mind and body in constant conversation. Training is not just physical. It is how you think, respond, and show up when things feel challenging.

As a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and former elite athlete who competed in the 2020 U.S. Olympic Trials for Boxing, I’ve experienced firsthand how we evolve under pressure, how resilience is built, and how growth is rarely linear. That perspective shapes how I coach, helping you build both strength and the mental capacity to sustain it.

My coaching is not about chasing perfection. It is about building a foundation that is strong, adaptable, and sustainable. Some seasons call for intensity, others for restoration, and some require flexibility. We learn to adjust, stay consistent, and continue moving forward. And yes, we will roll with the punches. I was a boxer, so I’ll teach you how.

At Enoch Training & Fitness, you can expect thoughtful programming, accountability, and a supportive environment where you are welcomed exactly as you are and challenged to grow.
