We’ll:

  • Talk through your goals, history, and current routine

  • Clarify what you want to build right now

  • Complete a functional movement assessment

  • Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in

You’ll leave with a clear starting point and next steps.

Investment: $80

Women’s Boxing Series (60 min)

A 6-week coach-led boxing series designed to help you build skill, confidence, endurance, and strength.

Health Coaching Initial Session (60 min)

The first session of The Intentional Health Program.

We’ll:

  • Review habits, routines, and patterns

  • Identify barriers

  • Build a starting structure for change
