Each week, we meet for a 60-minute session where we:

  • focus on one key area of growth

  • set clear, realistic action steps for the week

Dr. Rachel Enoch is a certified health coach, behavior change specialist, and holds a doctorate in rehabilitation.

She helps women build consistent, sustainable health habits through a behavior-focused approach grounded in science and real-life application.

Through her coaching, Rachel has supported many women in creating meaningful habits and finding new, manageable ways to show up for themselves—without all-or-nothing thinking or overwhelm.
