Health Coaching for Women Who Want Lasting Change
Build healthier habits without relying on motivation, perfection, or starting over every Monday.
You probably already know many of the things that support your health.
Move your body. Eat well. Sleep enough. Manage stress. Make time for yourself.
The hard part is consistently doing those things while also managing work, family, responsibilities, and everything else life asks of you.
That's where health coaching can help.
Through personalized, evidence-based coaching, we'll work together to understand what's getting in the way and create realistic strategies that support your health in your actual life.
Here's what I believe.
Most coaching assumes the problem is you.
You're not disciplined enough.
You're not motivated enough.
You just need a better morning routine.
I don't believe that.
I believe behavior always makes sense in context.
The habits you repeat every day are shaped by your environment, competing demands, past experiences, and the immediate consequences surrounding your choices.
Instead of asking,
"What's wrong with me?"
We'll ask,
"What around this behavior is making it difficult to sustain?"
That shift changes everything.
Start Here
Every coaching relationship begins with a 50-minute consultation.
Together we'll:
• Clarify what's feeling difficult.
• Identify the patterns keeping you stuck.
• Discuss where you'd like life to feel different.
• Determine whether ongoing coaching is the right fit.
You'll leave with greater clarity and practical next steps, regardless of whether you continue coaching.
The Behavior by Design Method™
This is the heart of my coaching.
Instead of relying on motivation or trying to force yourself to do better, we'll learn how to intentionally design the conditions that make meaningful behavior easier to repeat.
Understand
We'll uncover the patterns influencing your behavior without judgment or self-blame.
Design
Together, we'll create practical systems, routines, and environments that support the behaviors you value most.
Sustain
Because life isn't perfect, we'll build flexibility so you can adapt, recover, and continue moving forward instead of starting over.

Client Reviews
“When I began working with Rachel, I was a new mom dealing with the stress of postpartum. I was overwhelmed, unhappy & resentful. My mindset started to shift, my goals became clear and I was becoming the person I wanted to be. I am so happy I did this program and would highly recommend it to everyone!”
— Former Customer“Rachel is an amazing listener! Even when I could not think of an answer or a response because I was out of my "comfort zone" she listened to my silence and gave me the space I needed. She helped me be curious about every topic we discussed. And, she made herself available to me to share my successes along my journey. Her support as a coach was invaluable to me.”
— Former Customer“Working with a health coach was not anything I ever would have thought of doing, and wished I had had known about this option many years ago--especially when I made poor eating and lifestyle choices in response to conditions around me. Rachel brought me to a point where I really thought about what I wanted for myself, how it connected in all aspects of my life, and how to work towards my goals. I feel equipped with the mindset, tools, ideas and reference tools gained over my sessions to continue and to be successful!
