These 45-minute strength training sessions are designed to help you develop real, lasting strength through a structured and progressive 12-week program. Each class builds on the previous one, giving you a clear path forward rather than starting over each week.
You will focus on foundational strength movements including squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows. These movements are what allow you to move well, build total-body strength, and feel more capable in and outside of the gym.
Alongside strength work, each session includes accessory and core training to support stability, balance, and overall movement quality so you leave feeling strong, steady, and accomplished.
This is not about doing more. It is about doing what works, consistently, over time.

Dates: June 1 – August 22
Schedule: Wednesdays & Fridays
Times: 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
Duration: 45 minutes
Class Size: Max 6 women
Cost: $55 per class
You are welcome to attend one or two classes per week and choose the times that work best for your schedule. Come the weeks you’re able, with the flexibility to move between the 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM sessions as needed.
