Evidence-Based Coaching for High-Achieving Women

You need a different understanding of why change feels so hard.

You're successful.

You solve problems.

People rely on you.

You know exactly what you should be doing.

So why does it feel so difficult to consistently show up for yourself?

Because knowing what to do and consistently doing it are two different skills.

And no one ever taught you the second one.

You don't need more willpower.

Here's what I believe.

Most coaching assumes the problem is you.

You're not disciplined enough.

You're not motivated enough.

You just need a better morning routine.

I don't believe that.

I believe behavior always makes sense in context.

The habits you repeat every day are shaped by your environment, competing demands, past experiences, and the immediate consequences surrounding your choices.

Instead of asking,

"What's wrong with me?"

We'll ask,

"What around this behavior is making it difficult to sustain?"

That shift changes everything.

The Behavior by Design Method™

This is the heart of my coaching.

Instead of relying on motivation or trying to force yourself to do better, we'll learn how to intentionally design the conditions that make meaningful behavior easier to repeat.

Understand

We'll uncover the patterns influencing your behavior without judgment or self-blame.

Design

Together, we'll create practical systems, routines, and environments that support the behaviors you value most.

Sustain

Because life isn't perfect, we'll build flexibility so you can adapt, recover, and continue moving forward instead of starting over.

This coaching is for women who...

...are incredibly capable.

Women who can lead teams, raise families, manage careers, and care for everyone else.

But somehow struggle to consistently care for themselves.

You don't need another planner.

Another productivity app.

Another morning routine.

You need a way of understanding behavior that finally makes sense.

What coaching can help with

Although every woman arrives with different goals, coaching often focuses on:

  • Building sustainable habits

  • Following through on personal goals

  • Creating healthier boundaries

  • Reducing overwhelm

  • Improving consistency

  • Prioritizing your health

  • Navigating life transitions

  • Breaking cycles of starting over

  • Creating routines that fit your real life

Why evidence-based?

There is no shortage of advice telling women to think differently, hustle harder, or simply become more disciplined.

My coaching is different.

It draws from established principles of behavior science and practical coaching strategies to understand why patterns develop and how meaningful change occurs.

Rather than chasing quick fixes, we focus on creating sustainable change that fits your life, your values, and your unique circumstances.

Meet Your Coach

Dr. Rachel Enoch is a certified health coach, behavior change specialist, and holds a doctorate in rehabilitation.

I've spent years studying human behavior because I was fascinated by one question:

Why do smart, capable people struggle to do things they genuinely want to do?

The answer isn't laziness.

It isn't lack of motivation.

Behavior is shaped by countless factors, many of which we never stop to examine.

Today, I help women replace self-blame with understanding and build practical systems that support lasting change.

Most coaching asks you to change your behavior.

I help you change the conditions that create your behavior.

Start Here

Every coaching relationship begins with a 50-minute consultation.

Together we'll:

• Clarify what's feeling difficult.

• Identify the patterns keeping you stuck.

• Discuss where you'd like life to feel different.

• Determine whether ongoing coaching is the right fit.

You'll leave with greater clarity and practical next steps, regardless of whether you continue coaching.

“Rachel is an amazing listener! Even when I could not think of an answer or a response because I was out of my "comfort zone" she listened to my silence and gave me the space I needed. She helped me be curious about every topic we discussed. And, she made herself available to me to share my successes along my journey. Her support as a coach was invaluable to me.”

Former Client

“When I began working with Rachel, I was a new mom dealing with the stress of postpartum. I was overwhelmed, unhappy & resentful. My mindset started to shift, my goals became clear and I was becoming the person I wanted to be. I am so happy I did this program and would highly recommend it to everyone!”

Former Client

“Working with a health coach was not anything I ever would have thought of doing, and wished I had had known about this option many years ago--especially when I made poor eating and lifestyle choices in response to conditions around me. Rachel brought me to a point where I really thought about what I wanted for myself, how it connected in all aspects of my life, and how to work towards my goals. I feel equipped with the mindset, tools, ideas and reference tools gained over my sessions to continue and to be successful!
