Your first step at Enoch Training & Fitness begins with a 50-minute consultation and functional movement assessment. This session is designed to understand where you are now and how to move you forward with intention.
During this session, we will:
• Discuss your goals, health history, and training background
• Clarify what you want to build and what strength looks like in your life right now
• Complete a functional movement assessment to evaluate mobility, stability, and foundational movement patterns
This is a simple, effective starting point built to meet you where you are, no pressure, no expectations.

1:1 Personal Training
Train in a private, judgment-free studio designed for you. Private. Personalized. Purposeful.
All sessions are delivered 1:1 — either in person at our private Columbia studio or virtually . Every session is customized to your goals, movement patterns, and lived experience. No distractions, no guesswork — just focused, intentional training that meets you where you are and helps you feel stronger every time you show up.
Choose from two formats, both grounded in progressive strength training and functional movement.
30-minute session — $60
Short on time, big on intention.
A focused, efficient strength session tailored to your goals. Perfect for beginners, busy schedules, or clients building consistency.
50-minute session — $80
Full-length, full-attention training.
More time for warm-ups, progressive lifts, mobility work, and intentional recovery. Ideal for clients ready to build strength and track progress over time.
Duo Session-50 minutes- $125 per session
(Trainer approval required)
Train with a partner, friend, or spouse in a private, supportive environment.
Must be approved by the trainer to ensure goals, ability levels, and coaching needs are aligned.
1:1 Virtual Training
Stay consistent from anywhere.
Same personalized guidance, train from anywhere. Stay consistent everywhere.
Not in Columbia? Short on time? Want to train from the comfort of your home? Virtual sessions are offered with the same personalized coaching, attention to detail, and intentional programming you'd receive in-studio — no equipment required (but we’ll use it if you have it!).

Session Attendance & Charges:
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you, and my schedule is carefully planned to give every client focused, uninterrupted coaching. Clear communication—and plenty of notice—helps us honor each other’s time and keeps the studio running smoothly for everyone.
Cancellation & payment policy
All sessions are individually reserved and charged on the day they are scheduled for. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.
