Position Details
Role: Personal Trainer
Status: Part-time or Full-Time W-2
Location: In-person, Columbia, Missouri
Compensation:
50 percent commission on all completed individual or duo sessions
Paid semi-private classes at $50 per class when classes are full (class sizes 4-6 clients)
Smaller groups compensated at a rate agreed upon in writing
Scheduling:
Flexible availability (set your own schedule)
Basic Expectations
Maintain a clean, organized training environment
Wipe down equipment and return all equipment after sessions
Track and report weekly session counts
Hold current CPR/AED certification
Hold current Certified Personal Training Certificate
Maintain personal liability insurance
Practice within your scope and uphold supportive coaching standards
Communicate professionally and consistently
