Personal Training Consultation & Assessment (50 min)
Your starting point for 1:1 training.
We’ll:
• Talk through your goals, history, and current routine
• Clarify what you want to build right now
• Complete a functional movement assessment
• Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in
You’ll leave with a clear starting point and next steps.
Investment: $80
Strength Training Groups (45–60 min)
Small group training (max 6 women) focused on strength, structure, and consistency.
These sessions are:
• Coach-led and structured
• Designed for all experience levels
• Built to help you get stronger in a supportive environment
Book directly into any available class time.
Health Coaching Initial Session (60 min)
The first session of The Intentional Health Program (12 weeks).
We’ll:
• Review your habits, routines, and patterns
• Identify what’s getting in the way
• Build a starting structure for change
This is the beginning of the full coaching program.
Investment: $125 (applied toward program)
